Random Questions/Comments/Facts about PJ
Well, I have wanted to open this topic for long time b4 `coz zometimes I have so much questions about PJ that are not big enough to open a whole new topic and comments too, so I think this is very helpful for all of us
So here's my first question:
Check out this page:

From Girl to Heela there's a city in () and I'm wondering:
Is that city part of the same title or it is the place where the somg was producen or something?
I would really like to know

Re: Random Questions/Comments/Facts about PJ
In the liner notes, all the songs have a city except for Is That All There Is? And I can't remember.
Re: Random Questions/Comments/Facts about PJ
I mean you can see it in the tracklisting
Everyone except the last 3 (ITATI?, DHALP, LFZ)
It is only in the vinyl versions I think
So, the cities are actually part of the actual titles of the songs?
(that ? in Is That All there Is, kind of confuses me XD)

Yes, it was a hit I believe, Polly is just referring to it.

Did PJ write Naked Cousin? I've been wondering.
Can you use a hyper-dermic needle?

Yes, it's BMI #1866314.

There's a link to the entire BMI list of Polly's work in the Song List (sticky) post in the Your Beautiful Pen forum here.

not it's on the cds as well, mine anyway (an original from ;96)
they're not really part of the title.....it's on the tip of my tongue but to be honest I cannot remember either :/ terrible! I'm sure it's not as simple as where they were written.
you can't straighten my curls

Actually, I believe it is as simple as that's where they were written (during the TBYML tour). See Blandford's book (2006 edition), page 103.
Google will only show the sentence:

Re: Random Questions/Comments/Facts about PJ
I'm curious, what do your friends/family think about Polly? I was just playing Legs and my mom started questioning if I was on drugs and said Polly looked like a demon on the album cover. One time, I gave a friend of mine the TBYML album and he returned it the next day and was like "why would you do this to me??". Suffice to say, if Polly tours anytime soon I'm gonna be heading there alone
I'll rub it, until it...
Re: Random Questions/Comments/Facts about PJ
Don't feel too bad. I once played some live PJ for a friend (Stories era no less) and he said it sounded like white noise to him.

Re: Random Questions/Comments/Facts about PJ
My wife is at best indifferent to PJ's music. She thinks I'm in love with the woman, which I have trouble denying in a convincing way.
I only know one person (besides people I met through the net) that actually likes PJ's music, but he also likes Godspeed You! Black Emperor...

Re: Random Questions/Comments/Facts about PJ
Some of my friends are really into PJ's music, after I show them some youtube links
<3 . But most of them (including my family) thinks that she looks weird/sounds weird (well, one of the classmates once actually said that she looks like transgender O.o ) etc.
