Definately go see, top band on top form. The last release (Our Future Your Clutter) is one of their best. . er.

Just going to see Blood Red Shoes tonight. Nick Cave crashed his car into a speed camera in Hove last night, so I'll look out for it on the way in. Reports that mart was in the area in a small white car are unfounded! :-)

Back from MAdM... it was outrageously amazing!
She is a red-haired rock goddess, a ship captain, a pagan priestess... And God how sexy is a girl with a bass guitar???
Energetic, intense, inspired... I enjoyed every bit of it.
Not to mention that she spoke a lot of French with her lovely French-Canadian accent

Now the universe has to stop sending awesome female musicians at me!

Cat Power is STILL touring!! I'm going to see her Feb 6 @ The Henry Fonda Theater in Hollywood and try to tell her to stop touring and get her ass into a recording studio, damn it!! Ay, esa mujer!
