We have it set up so you have to upload your pics at some other picture site, like Flickr or Photobucket. Upload you picture and then copy the URL for it.
Click on "Full Editor" at the bottom of "Quick Reply" and look for the "img" button. Click that, and paste the URL of your picture in between the tags. Post!
