Extra special thanks to Dr. Dark for being kind enough to help me with this, he put lots of effort in, he scanned the entire thing which is very big, so cheers!

I didn't find the cover, but following the link to TimesOnline, there are several articles there, including this one. The pictures aren't nearly as nice though! :)
