he time in this song i 6/8, and it has syncopations too on some places. The chorus feels more like 4/4.
Chords on the original version with piano is very simple, she doesn't even play whole chords. She presses down two tones on the keyboard.
It begins like this...
play this with your right hand F5(f and c) then press down Bflat key (6th beat)
2nd "chord" comes on the 2nd beat: press down Aflat and Dflat together. 3rd "chord" is Gflat + Bflat.
Intro
F5 ---> Bflat
Aflat + Dflat
F5----> Bflat
Aflat +Dflat
F5----> Bflat
Gflat + Bflat
F5----> Bflat
Gflat + Bflat
Verse I : just repeat the intro
Chorus I
C + F
Eflat + Aflat, D+G
C + F
Eflat + Aflat, D+G
C + F
Eflat + Aflat, D+G
C + F
Eflat + Aflat, D+G
Verse II - just the same as verse I
Chorus II - just as chorus I but shorter
C + F
Eflat + Aflat, D+G
C + F
Eflat + Aflat, D+G
"bridge" - just as the intro, but shorter
F5 ---> Bflat
Aflat + Dflat
F5----> Bflat
Aflat +Dflat
"teach me how to groooow"-part
C5--> F F
A5--> D D
C5--> F F
A5--> D D
C5--> F F
A5--> D D
C5--> F F
A5--> D D
then repeat chorus I
verse III - just the same as verse I

I hope you don't mind, I've had a go at transposing your excellent guitar tab to piano tab. I've played your tab on my keyboard and it sounds really good. Thanks for writing it.
I can't make it fit properly in this reply box. No idea why, or how you did yours. So mine is in a txt file at this location:

Thanks, but I can't see anything there. It says the requested file is not valid. I wonder if the link has expired?

^^ only thing to watch out with that site is some of them are very very wrong, but generally good.
(i.e. badmouth is sooo not right)
if there's a want for something new, you might find me at the start, or where it ends for you.

That's a given when it comes to tabs anyone can come up with. Since I've started trying the piano I've been finding sheet music available online to be generally more reliable than the guitar tabs.
There are some pretty nice Power Tabs around, though. Ultimate has those too.
