After one week of LES listening, I rank the tracks like this:

01. The Glorious Land
02. In The Dark Places
03. England
04. Let England Shake

(05. The Nightingale)
06. On Battleship Hill
(07. The Guns Called Me Back Again)

08. All and Everyone
09. The Words That Maketh Murder
10. Written On The Forehead
11. Hanging In The Wire
12. Bitter Branches
13. The Colour of The Earth
...

14. The Last Living Rose (like Polly_Jean_Cave, really don't understand why everybody likes this song. It's so lame comparing to the live version)

I don't think so. The digipack has a front, back and 2 interior pages:
1. credits song writer, cover design etc.
2. thank you list

There's also a 12 page booklet with photographs on pages 1 & 12, end notes on page 11 and lyrics on pages 2-11.

I suspect the jewel case version will have the same stuff.

I do like it Pluton, nearly as much as the live version actually. I love the addition of sax. I just can't understand why it seems to be a favourite when almost every other song on LES crushes it.

"The Nightingale" is actually not one of my favorites, which is okay because it's A.) a b-side and B.) the ONLY song from the LES sessions that I haven't loved upon a first listen.

Would someone be kind enough to share "The Nightingale" with me? I cannot buy it, unfortunately (sigh).

If you do a search for PJ Harvey The Nightingale on YouTube, you'll find it.

To me the song seems rather half-baked.
pack up your troubles, let's head out to the fountain of death and splash about
