For setlists we don't have, it's not hard to google "PJ Harvey + <name of the city or gig>" in google news or web and find articles that occsionally show the setlist.

I found a couple that way at setlist.fm, but the one I looked at didn't check out. I'll try it again when I have time but if these lists aren't corroborated somewhere else, I don't know if I trust them. I do trust setlists from Dime, and photos of setlists from shows, I haven't found any new pics of setlists I don't have yet.

yeah, I wouldn't trust setlist.fm.

I would think setlists shown in news articles where the reporter was there like the one above would be more trustworthy, but of course nothing beats a picture of the printed setlist. Those are pretty rare though.

Searching for specifc shows in flickr could be productive (use flickr's advanced search date range). Those sometimes have a picture of a setlist.

Of course the whole topic of setlists becomes sorta pointless when they essentially never change.
