Wow.

I bet the negative reviewer's never heard anything like Electric Wizard or Merzbow if he considers A Woman A Man Walked By to be "unlistenable noise"

It's sad none of the Best Of 09 lists mention this album. It's definitely one of the best.

when somebody says that good music is "unlistenable",
I would attribute that to brain failure:
some people, not intelligent enough, are unable to listen.

Yeah it's a shame but not surprising.

My local cable provider sends out a monthly mag with tv listings etc. They did a piece in November on gift ideas that included a music section. This writer from Montreal had AWAMWB in his top ten albums as great gift ideas! Polly's name jumped off the page at me as I was flipping through it and I have to admit I was more than a little surprised (and impressed with his taste :shades: ).
