I've said it a million times but I'll say it again....my GOD she's gorgeous.

On a side note, I wish I was able to see her apply her makeup, just to see how she does it (I'm a bit obsessed with people's makeup routines!)

Also, Dear Darkness sounded wonderful <3 Another one of her songs that always breaks my heart with such simplicity.

I believe she has a stylist with the group when they're out on tour.

This may not be the place to rhapsodise, but to me she's got more beautiful as she's got older. I've said elsewhere that (to my eyes) you can see the signs of age fairly clearly when the conditions aren't optimal, so it isn't to do with her well-preserved looks, but a sort of radiant serenity which has only become evident over the last ten years or so. It never seems sexual to me (even when she's wearing relatively revealing gear), though I know others will disagree! In fact, if I say what it does seem like, I have to use such extravagant language I'd better not. I'll just leave it with 'serene'. Perhaps it's just a matter of getting older, but usually I only see that expression on the faces of the very old, and even then fairly rarely. And perhaps it's me seeing what I want to.

I don't think I realized that gettyimages allows you to search on "PJ Harvey" events (eg. past gigs). Click the "X" just below the "21 Edititorial Images", then to the left click the "+ See More". You'll get a dropdown event menu going all the way back to 1993. Here's pictures from the 1993-06-26 "The Academy" performance:

If memory serves me correctly, there was some debate about this gig's date and or the actual existence of the venue.
