at min 05.08 she's saying
"next year I'll be publishing my first book of poems in colalboration with Seames Murpphy"
i don't know why I take it as November, hope I'm right
last year is finshing...

I think since she added new lines in "The Guest Room" maybe that's a sign that she's still working (rewrites, editing) on it? This year would be great, but maybe she's going to release it alongside (or some time before) the new album.
