Once I saw an early video of PJ Harvey on a music video of another musician/artist. I think it was from late 80s, or 1990, way before her first record. Can someone remember what I'm saying?

Thank you for showing us something new, which typically enough (in these latter days of nothing-new-from-Polly) is an old video. such a groovy one at that, really made my day (rather late at night) watching this just now.
