I have it as a DVD with both 2001-06-12 and 2001-06-11. We may have traded this around in the past. I can't remember who I got it from. PJ was supporting U2 both nights in Philadephia's First Union Center. As I recall, the quality isn't the best, but the shoe incident is most certainly memorable. Here's what I wrote down as my notes for it:

Hmm. I just did a quick computer search, I'll have to check the disks.

Those U2 support gigs are the only ones in which I recall seeing her actually take a bow to the audience. It seems she was trying extra hard for the impatient U2 fans.

Also, in many (most?) gigs in this era and earlier she never says a word as she leaves the stage, just a wave.

in Rome 2004 she broke her boot. It was very fun. Too bad there's no video for it, only audio.
