"Some Girl" (1998)
Has anybody heard of a film called, "Some Girl" from 1998? I happened to be watching it last night and about ten minutes in, I heard an instrumental track playing in the background of the film. It was most definitely one of Polly's instrumental #'s from "Is This Desire?" era. Though, it was not Instrumental #1, or Instrumental #3. It was an unreleased #. I also took note to the fact that one of the main characters names was April. Perhaps this character was a stepping stone to the inspiration behind the AWAMWB track, "April".
Owen! Food! Don't you in-a-minute momma me! Get off your fat little ass or I'll break it for you! I want two soft-boiled eggs, white toast, and some of that grape jelly, God Damnit! And don't burn the toast! Move it, fat boy!

Oh hey maybe you're onto something it was played by Juliette Lewis-April! Didn't she do a cover of rid of me? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pg3s95KmE_wGerriSferrazza wrote:Has anybody heard of a film called, "Some Girl" from 1998? Here's the IMDB on "Some Girl" http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0125766/
Yes it is the same Juliette, she has appeared in the soundtrack Strange Days (1995) (performer: "Hardly Wait", "Rid of Me") http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000496/
