This is the kind of thing I was first thinking about, it conceals your IP address, but you can't pick an IP to identify yourself as being from the UK.
http://www.shadowsurf.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Also, it doesn't seem to be working. :P
ETA: Here's one that works:
http://www.guardster.com/free/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
But you still can't get the video. So it's got a sniffer that isn't rejecting certain countries, it only accepts certain countries, presumably the UK.

Here's one that makes you appear to be in the UK, but the YouTube appears to be a group that you have to join, and that function doesn't work for me.
http://www.daveproxy.co.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
It also says that this video will be up for only 6 more days.

I could click on a link to the YouTube video, but there was no video on the page, just some information and a button to join the group. The button was dead. I don't think all functions work when browsing through a proxy and that is likely the problem.

I looked at the options, drat. I guess it was late.
The YouTube version is no longer the first alternate in the link that yarnforhair posted. I'll try again later, but if you have the URL for the YouTube and I can access it I should be able to download it.

Tried
http://www.daveproxy.co.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; with the link to the YT video. Eventually (lots of ads that won't close) get a page from YT saying:
“Live from Abbey Road”
The video you have requested has been rated:
L+: Explicit language
(Learn more)
To view this video please verify you are 18 or older by signing in or signing up
I sign in with my YT login and password (which I just double checked works to YT here on another browser) and get a blank page

Just authoring a DVD now - may take a few hours to upload somewhere, but I'll post a link as soon as its done, which could be morning UK time (I dont plan to torrent it as I hope that someone on Dime might put up a pure capture rather than a DVD recorder version)
Edit - my upload staled overnight, so hopefully it will upload during the day and I'll post this evening.

brilliant!!! such a spectacular recording, only makes me wish it had been longer (with lots more songs than those three)!
