I'm sorry but I can't listen to his music. I once forced myself through Boatman's Call and I found it vulgar and lacking any subtlety, totally opposite of PJ's music. It was a torture.

Anyway, olivier101, we do know who influences Polly if we read all her interviews obsessively. She's mentioned Nick in a few magazine interviews, and has stated that he's a big influence on her and that he taught her how to be a better songwriter, in BBC's Private Passions interview, which I happen to own an MP3 of--so if you'd like to hear the evidence for yourself, just let me know and I'll upload it for you somewhere.
