Thanks to The Management. Well done.
Wiggins is so superbly unassuming, he looks like he's about to say 'Pop the gold medal in the post, I'm nipping out for some biscuits'

Hey, all of you Gardenrs. I'm just arriving from a long vacations period.

Welcome to the new Garden forum. I like this site too much too.

I don't want to miss the opportunity to express my complete and special recognition to Hell & High Water and Pocket Knife, who really made possible this upgraded site. Thank you guys. :shades:

You are welcome of course. We're doing what we can to make the transition as smooth as possible. And we have no intention of taking the old site down, it will be there as a reference indefinitely.

Hah, yeah, Rockin' Jesus made it fine, but he wasn't much help when I was modding and crashing the board!

Hi Everyone, nice to see a more permanent home.

It's going to take a while for the search engines to index the site. Give it time.

Hello all!

I used to post on the forum at PJ Harvey dot net but that was a long time ago...wow about 5 or 6 years ago maybe.

In the meantime i've formed my own band, not really like pj but have a listen here if you're interested:
http://www.myspace.com/youreonlymassive
Or a video we did two weeks ago:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gnOBzjXnz5Q

i'm a superfan and have been since a young child!

So hello again to all and i look forward to re immersing myself in pj land!

is there a way to create an option like "open all new posts in new windows [tabs]"?
i often used it at some another forum and i think it's useful.

Hi Maebh! I remember you. :)

Megique, check out the options in your User Control Panel. There are subscriptions, bookmarks, and an option to notify you about new posts. I'm not exactly sure how they all work, but maybe one of them will do? If not, let me know. I did a mod yesterday, I'd like to wait and see how stable the board is for a while, but after that I could look into it.

The Google [bot} has been here several times, we can see him now. But I don't know when we'll get indexed. I've optimized the site as best I can, but as we add content, it will become more relevant. As of today, if I do a search for "The Garden a PJ Harvey community," the number one hit is for "No such forum" at ForumsPlace, which is the host we were at two generations ago!

Maybe we could try adding a link to the new board at the bottom of PJ wikipedia page.
