Poor PJ had a bad sorethroat (she was clearly using a throat spray), but she managed to sing greatly.

I actually saw her do it many times last year as well, both at the gig I attended, and in YouTube videos from other shows, so I think it might be just a part of her general vocal wellness routine, not necessarily a sign of an infection. I wonder what’s in the spray!

let's hope so. it looked like she ate a pill of some sort+ water+ throat spray. Last year with my eyes i saw her only drinking water, probably i just didn't see the spray.








i NEED to get my hands on some professional photos, there were moments that left me with an open mouth!
alternately i'll wait for the live recording and take screenshots.

I've been going to Primavera Sound every year since 2007, and this is the first time it's rained. It started raining at the beginning of PJ Harvey's concert and stopped right at the end (it started again afterwards).

But the concert was magical, my concert of the weekend along with Beth Gibbons. Most of the people in the first 2-3 rows weren't there for her, but for SZA. And yet the audience was silent and reacted superbly. It's quite possible that she made new fans out of people who didn't know her that night.

Can't wait too see her again in Montreux!

Has anyone managed to get the festival stream to work? Or is it not available outside of Portugal?

It's probably going to be the same set as Barcelona but still wouldn't mind putting it on in the background
