In fairness, it's a great shot. It's just ruined by (as you pointed out) really, really,
really bad photoshopping. It looks like someone superimposed her face on someone else's body.

I remember sitting down with my grandfather one day watching TV when the video came on. I remember him saying "God, she's got one hell of a big mouth on her hasn't she?" :O
