Here's a stupid question for people to argue over..., what shoe-size was Cinderella anyway?
I'm sorta thinking that it's something close to mine (I'm a size six, and that's tiny).
maybe a five?
hmmmmmm :geek:

Hell and High Water wrote:^ Ugh. You must be in or near Orange County.

I have a client I'm updating a web site for. He's got a blurb he wants put in display type, I suggested he use his own handwriting, which is very neat and distinctive. I was prepared for him to reject the idea, but not for what he wants.

Comic Sans. :)

I'm actually still in L.A county yeah, the OC is a good 20 minutes away...ugh. June 8th can't come fast enough!

Comic Sans strikes again! When will people learn!! *headdesk*

You should read this if you haven't already. He captures our strife so well!

I haven't had experiences that bad, but close. I work pretty closely with my clients and try to understand what they want before I even start. And if they want something I don't like... Not that I haven't "fired" a few!

I told the client that we could try Comic Sans but that he should know that it's controversial. I suggested he Google it (#1 hit "BAN COMIC SANS!"). He changed his mind. :)

I just got an iPod touch as an early birthday present from my parents, we're splitting the price of it & it's unbelievably cool. It's going to help me out organization wise so so much. I'm actually writing this whole post on it. The typing is a lot easier than I thought it would be :D

Unless you can live it vicariously! The Crazy Guy on a Bike checked in, I updated the web site. There are links to his log, pictures and maps of the route. He's only taken one wrong turn (so far) which took him 75 miles out of his way. I updated the web site today, check it out -

They need to stop making remakes! I read on Wikipedia that they're remaking Jacob's Ladder! Why?

yarnforhair wrote:people never suspect with me cause i don't "look gay." i think though that with most people you just can't tell so it makes it hard for everyone else haha. i think some people just have an intuition for it. someone told me they knew i was by the way i walked and then some other girl asked a friend of mine if i was because i said i was really into pj harvey, which i found to be hilarious. she said it was apparently the way i talked about her. :?:

The way I talk about PJ Harvey usually leads to being called "creepy." Actually, it really doesn't, but I'm often afraid that's how it's perceived.

Hm, those were at, like, the beginning of this thread. I probably missed a few things. I'm like Donnie in The Big Lebowski.

yeah the iPhone is pretty sweet but I agree just way too expensive. I'm alright with having an iPod touch. Plus I really love my cell phone now and don't want to replace it yet. I hear a rumor that the iPhone is coming to verizon around December.

Been going to the roller derby a lot this summer thus far. Went to a double header bout on Saturday and it rocked!! The one team was unbelievable, they're actually playing the team I'm going to see this Saturday in Pittsburgh. I'm so excited.

Additionally, I'm filming a guy right now at work and we took a break. When we were on break, left his mic on whilst going to the restroom. It'd be funny if it wasn't so awkward.

@forumz is going through a migration, very similar to what we did just about a year ago. The host/admin has been unresponsive, and the site has gone down several times. The new forum is at:

I spent part of my work day yesterday catching up on all the new threads. That place is such an awesome time waster
(though admittedly, it's taking me some getting used to the new look. I got so used to styleid=3!)
