Can someone explain this photo? She won "the best debut" nomination or something? It says 1993.

Exactly, but that year the prize went to Suede.
I guess every artist who didn't win was given that trophy.

Thank you Bruise! I've always wondered if that's another version of the single or if it's a promo of sorts and what's on it.
