The best sci-fi film since Sunshine. Interesting story.

Went and saw The Room last night. 2 things:
1. Tommy Wiseau has a weird meat block bodytype.
2. I saw nasty boobs. The actress shouldn't be allowed sex scenes ever again, that is, if she ever gets another role.

I actually watched Hal Hartley's The Book of Life recently. It's sort of like Dogma, but only in that it's about a bunch of people preventing the end of the world from happening, and also a female rock star makes an appearance.
I also saw Dead Snow. It's a zombie movie that acknowledges zombie cliches. It's also Norwegian, I think. Oh, and the zombies are dead Nazis. Yeah, I know. Awesome.

How can my zombie collection be complete without reanimated nazis?
Must find it...soon
Thanks for the tip

I've watched it in the middle of the night some time ago. Was tired and bored with the whole thing, so I just kept skipping al those scenes without Polly :P
My last movies... "Dracula" with Bela Lugosi from 1935 - it's amazing! The whole atmosphere, music, paper (cause I bet they're not made from plastic :P) bats...
love it

Haha yeah Dead Snow was pretty cool. It's no Shaun of the Dead, but a fun watching experience nonetheless!
I've watched a few great movies as of late.
The Departed,
No Country for Old Men and
How To Train Your Dragon. All highly recommended.
I also saw
Clash of the Titans - nothing great, crap acting, Ralph Fiennes as Hades reminded me too much of Voldemort cuz he pretty much uses the same voice

And the dialogue was crap too. Yay! If you feel like watching this in 3D - don't. It's not worth it.

Been meaning to see this. I think I need to go with a group or else I'll just feel weird.

Haha, I thought about doing that, too. I watched it solely for Polly, of course. And in the middle of the night.
Dracula is a classic, and Bela is awesome.

Yeah, nothing is as good as the original. I like the stop-motion monsters better than the CGI ones.
I still haven't seen
Shaun of the Dead, which is weird, because I love
IT Crowd and
Black Books and all the shows those people have done.

I saw How to Train your Dragon in 3D last Saturday, it was good, the new 3D is very well done. Still wondering how the Vikings were all Scotsmen though.
Watched the Fantastic Mr. Fox last night, yes, it's spring break and the kids are home. Roald Dahl, (

clever script, loved the animation. It looks low tech but I'm sure it's not.

Classic! I recently replaced my VHS with DVD. Came with a restored version of the original + the original with a new score by Philip Glass + the original Spanish version. Turns out when they were done filming for the day the Spanish crew would come in and film at night using the same sets. I didn't know this existed, it was an interesting watch for sure. I would almost say it was better than the Americans, but that would be blasphemy
Checked out "Sick Girl" again on the weekend. umm....ya, the name sums it up. Independent film NEVER coming to a cineplex near you
What kind of person watches this shit
