Come on Chicago!

Hi everybody I'm really excited! I have been a great fan of Polly's for over 20 years and this will be my first time to see her. I had to buy a whole new round trip flight from Texas when she announced the second date because Delta's flight change policy was prohibitively expensive. :/ Well anyway I wanted to know what is a good time to start queueing for front row? I was in NYC just a couple of weeks ago for Radiohead at MSG and a bunch of us slept overnight on the sidewalk to get front row, but I don't think that's the case for Polly is it? I hope not! Someone who has seen her before said after lunch, but I don't want to get there too late and not get a spot close to her. Seeing as how I spent a fortune on this trip... What do y'all recommend as a time to show up to ensure a spot front and center? Thanks

I feel so blessed the last couple of months. I live in NYC and have been able to see 3 of my favorite
musicians/ groups live. The Cure....all 3 shows at the Garden, Radiohead...2 shows at the Garden, and NOW, PJ at T5 this Monday and Tuesday. I've seen Cure and Radiohead before but this will my first Polly show.
I love practically all NYC venues of this size, but don't like T5 for a few valid reasons. But I'm seeing PJ Harvey so I'd go anywhere!

Well to answer my own question There was no opening act she was scheduled for 8:30 but came on around 8:50 and ended around 10:30. Queue began around 11am I believe. I arrived at 1:30 and was fourth in line.

Also I met her after the show and got her autograph and asked her if she'll do more US dates and she said they're thinking about doing more cities next year . You heard it here!

you should have asked her about the lack of variety in the setlist!

oh they are youtube clips.. ive been having same problem on other sites so its probably a flash issue
