Can someone explain this photo? She won "the best debut" nomination or something? It says 1993.

Exactly, but that year the prize went to Suede.
I guess every artist who didn't win was given that trophy.

Does anyone have a hi res picture of that Send His Love To Me promo cd with the wonderful cover (PJ dancing in a flower dress)? I can't find it anywhere!
