Ok.........because there are SO many videos I've put top 4 instead of just 3 this time.

In fact this poll only allows up to 20 max options so I've *had* to leave out Shame & You Come Through

I love her videos, wish she would release a DVD of them, it would sell out, I know it.

So this thread is pretty self-explanatory. Lol!

But seriously Maria Mochnacz is a solid & gifted director who has managed to capture the essence of PJ's art like I'm sure no one else would. As always good art infuses talented videography.

So which would be your top 4 fave PJ videos? Why or why not?

It's related to the last upgrade in forum software and the forum style, I can vote just fine after I changed the style. I didn't vote the way I intended of course. :eyeroll:

I also really like Elise & Man-Size. The Uh Huh Her and White Chalk videos were disappointing. Especially the latter era, the music creates insane imagery in your head and it was sadly accompanied by home-video-like clips. I guess it was a budget issue but that still doesn't fully excuse it.

But, well, there are so many to pick! I love A Perfect Day Elise with that creepy mood and Good Fortune always makes me happy. :)
The White Chalk era's videos disappointed me too, that album has such a particular feeling, it needed a stronger visual, even though The Piano is not so bad.

has anyone noticed that at the end of the black hearted love video pj does a wet hair flip like the rid of me cover? not sure if i'm just reading into it, but it looks like a rid of me homage...

saw it, but didn't think anything of it but it totally does look like that! that'd be cool if it was an homage.
