It's worth reading the 13 page Intro, which you can download as a pdf from the web site. Even the Index is interesting. Maybe used copies will show up someday. That's how I got my copy of Burns and Lafrance's "Disuptive Divas" (2002). |

about 'The Devil' video: [...] just two stills, and, in it, harvey performs as the upright/uptight victorian (governess) the video consist in two photographs: one black and white, of her at an upright piano, gazing out; the other a profile. In both she is dressed tight, long-sleeved [...] apparently made during Uh Huh Her album (?) |
