I've read a lot of it, and some of them are really impressive and quite powerful.
Standout to me are the Orange monkey, chain of keys, sight seeing south of the river , the boy, dollar dollar, and to the oldest homo sapiens( homo sappy blues). Some wonderful photos too.

His shots of Polly from 2011 and 2014 are made with "Canon EOS 5D Mark II" (this shows in additional information of Hi-Res files).

O, and the iBooks edition includes nine spoken poems by Polly*, ten stories behind photos (by Seamus) and a short (7:14 mins) audio commentary by Seamus Murphy about how he met PJ Harvey, their journeys together and the creation of The Hollow of the Hand.

* spoken poems: On a dirt road, The Abandoned Village, Where it begins, The Hand, The Boy, An Initiation, Begging Bowl, On the Corner of 1st and D, Throwing Nothing

The iBooks edition (only available for iOS and Macs) also contains 10 scans from PJ Harvey's notebooks, like this one:

Wow thanks!

I LOVE these lines:

A mud cloth hand
woven with intricate
decoration
the intersection
of native symbolism
and western consumerism

Did anyone order one of the signed books from Somerset House? I'm pretty sure I did but it hasn't arrived and I can't find an email regarding my purchase. I may have deleted it in the year since I ordered it. I did find a charge on my bank account for £59 quid, from last November, so assume that's the book?

Just wanted to check on here before I emailed them.

My first bragging post ever: I finally got my copy! It is huge, and beautifully done, but the only complain from me is that it's more of a photo album with a very few poems (which are really interesting, though) - I would've liked to read more.

P.S.: By the way, I really liked a poem "The Boy" - too bad that John Parish and Flood (as far as we know) refused to work on this "weak" song. )))
