Uh, just curious you know there's only been one single for AWAMWB. Anyone else kinda confused?

I don't think so. Black Hearted Love was a perfect single though, it should have done much better.

Perhaps because it hasn't done as well as White Chalk did on the charts? PJ has never been that kind of artist though, she stays true to what she wants to make. That shouldn't mean the record label shouldn't support this album more & put out another single and video? They know very well by now that PJ has very solid strong long term sales from her fan-base, she's trying to be a top 10 hit artist or something. She's one of the few real artists who put the work before sales.

Now that the tour is over, I highly doubt there will be another single. There's not much left to promote. This is a good thing because it lets her focus on making her next album!

Did you mean she's not trying to be a top 10 hit artist?

And I agree, protocols, she has to focus on her new album so we can all discuss that to pieces.

And I never saw BHL on tv. Not even when they "hosted" Subterranean.

Yes actually lol! I forgot the "not" sorry. So no more B-sides from AWAMWB, that sucks. Can't wait for new stuff though.

Can you imagine a "Sixteen, Fifteen, Fourteen" music video? I'd love it

Wasn't there only one single to Dance Hall, That Was My Veil? They're probably just following past precedent.

Yes, a video to "16,15,14" would be really great. No money for that sort of stuff any more though. We're probably lucky we got any (BHL) video at all this time (as well as a jewel case with an actual booklet).

But weren't there 2 videos released for Dance Hall? That Was My Veil and Is That All There is?

But you're probably right about the money thing. They must have had a real tight budget this time around. Or they probably spent it all on those guys that made the BHL video
(their name escapes me at the moment)

But Heela was released as a single too, and the video for Is that all there is.

does anyone know how much time was between the that was my veil release and the heela one? cause if it was quite a lot, then who knows, another single could be possible. maybe they'd only print 1,000 of them or something. now i'm dreaming :) i want more songs!

Don't really know exactly but looking at pjharvey.net it says veil was 1996 and heela was 1997, heela was a promo but pretty easy to find and is well known about?

Click on "singles" on the side & you'll see them :) .
