I'm really curious to watch this film.
Just by this trailer alone, I know that the "adults" are gonna piss me off more than anything.

The Avengers - A little too long, but mindless, good fun. The Hulk vs Loki was hilarious and the best part of the whole damn movie.

Had a night in with some dvd rentals this weekend:

The Descendants- I didn't like it at all, it felt slow and unoriginal. Not sure where the good reviews were coming from.

Martha Marcy May Marlene- I thought this was very well done and I was surprised by how involved I felt while watching it. I was even more surprised to see that it was the first full length film the writer/director had done. I will certainly keep an eye out for his future work.

I saw "the Help" the other day. It's okay I guess, can't afford much movies these days.

Lawless- I liked it more than I thought I would while I was watching it. It was more violent than I expected (though I should have expected it) and thinking back, it wasn't terribly great, but it certainly served the purpose of escaping for a couple of hours. Excellent score, of course!

I went to see Sister this weekend. I went because I had read that John Parish scored it, and I had very little idea what the plot was. I ended up really liking the film, it was beautifully shot and had a good storyline. There wasn't too much music in it, and most of the score was bits and pieces of Girl and a really nice piano variation of it. Nice track at the end too.

Watched 4 Twilight movies over the past few weeks...her character annoyed me, which is silly as it's just trash written for teenagers isn't it?

Finally watched all the Harry Potter movies back to back (well, it took me two months!)

Loved them, sorry that it's taken me so long ;-)
