My "The devil" is jumping a bit O_x And at "The Piano" it repeats "Oh, God I miss you" over and over which sounds kind of creepy xD

Miles Davis, live at Filmore East, 1970.

Steve Miller and Neil Young were also on the bill. Imagine going to see Neil Young and getting hit with this!

Florence + The Machine - Girl With One Eye

last night I saw her live. I didn't take pics or vids: I was too busy with jumping and dancing. GO AND SEE HER LIVE. SHE'S AMAAAAAAAAAAZING!
( I know she's poppish, but in a good way IMO).

I caught them on Jools Holland recently, never heard of them before that but I was impressed!

I love that album, it would be so nice to hear it unedited some day.

This came up at Wolfgang's Vault: http://mail.live.com/default.aspx?&ip=1 ... d2061&mf=0

There is a comment from somebody who was at the show the night before -

Quote:
my consciousness was fully expanded and ready for anything, I thought. Miles opened, and I discovered that the Universe was more chaotic than I had imagined. Not only was my headspace not prepared for Miles, but my auditory system was the enemy. I retreated to the farthest recesses of the Fillmore bathroom and jammed my fingers in my ears in a semi-vain attempt to block the screaming banchee tones of Mile's set.
